Return Policy

  • To receive full credit, parts must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  • Please contact us through your account or call us at 1-877-601-3061 for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any merchandise.
  • Returns will not be accepted without the RMA number visibly noted on enclosed copy of original invoice.
  • AudiUSAParts.com wants you to be extremely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you choose to return your purchase, full credit will be given, less shipping.
  • Only special orders, non stock parts, are subject to 10% restocking charge.
  • Unfortunatly due to possible hidden issues, there are absolutely no returns on electrical parts of any kind.
  • All parts returned must be new, undamaged, uninstalled and in all original packaging.
  • Obsolete or parts no longer available will not be eligible for return.
  • Parts will be carefully inspected prior to credit being issued.
  • Core Policy: Some parts offered on AudiUSAParts.com have a "core charge" applied to them. A core charge is a refundable charge that the manufacturer applies to ensure that the old part is returned to us. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges related to returning cores to us. Remember, all core returns must be assembled, clean, complete with no missing parts, no damage, and in the original packaging.
